How we work:
- Initial Meeting: Discussion of the project's vision, goals, and budget.
- Space Assessment: Evaluation of the current space, including measurements and photographs.
- Concept Development: Initial design concepts and ideas tailored to your needs.
- Material and Color Selection: Recommendations for materials and colors that align with your brand and aesthetic.
- Budget Planning: Developing an estimated budget and timeline for the project.
- Follow-Up: A follow-up meeting to refine the design and address any questions or concerns.
What to expect next:
- Deposit: A non-refundable payment of 25% for the service (of estimated budget) is made. It is required to secure your commitment and cover initial costs associated with planning and resource allocation. This ensures that the design team can dedicate the necessary time and materials to your project, providing you with high-quality, personalized service. It also helps manage scheduling and availability, ensuring that your project receives the attention it deserves from start to finish.
- Design Development: This stage involves refining the initial concepts discussed during the consultation.
- Material and Product Selection: Approving the selected materials and décor items. This ensures that all elements align with your vision and budget.
- Budget and Timeline Finalization: We will provide a detailed budget and timeline for the project. This includes costs for materials, labor, and any additional services.
- Approval and Contract Signing, Payment: Once the design, budget, and timeline are finalized, you’ll review and approve the plans. A contract will be signed to formalize the agreement and outline the scope of work. The remaining balance of the contract must be paid by the due date.
- Implementation: Scheduling installations, and managing the project timeline. We will style the space to ensure it meets your expectations and aligns with the design vision.
- Final Walkthrough: Once the installation is complete, you’ll do a final walkthrough with the designer to ensure everything is perfect and address any last-minute adjustments.
